Welcome to The Vet Space®!
"Nature opened the door. Connection saved my life.
Now we're building a community where no woman veteran has to struggle alone."
Military service changes us—but too often, women veterans return home to isolation, invisible struggles, and communities that weren't built with us in mind.
At The Vet Space, we believe no woman veteran should have to navigate life alone.
We exist to create spaces where women veterans can reconnect—with themselves, with one another, and with the healing power of nature. Through community, peer connection, wellness resources, and meaningful outdoor experiences, we help build the relationships that strengthen resilience, restore hope, and remind every woman that she belongs.
I discovered firsthand that nature wasn't just a place to escape—it was a place to heal. After surviving a life-changing stroke, the outdoors became a source of peace, strength, and renewal. That experience inspired The Vet Space, but today our purpose reaches far beyond my story.
We're building a community where connection comes before crisis, where healing happens together, and where every woman veteran is seen, valued, and supported.
Because healing doesn't happen in isolation.
It happens together.
Welcome to The Vet Space - where connection is the intervention, nature is the setting and belonging is the outcome.
